Art as Mentorship needs MORE COWBELL! 

We are fundraising for:

• SATURDAY SESSIONS: FREE recording and songwriting sessions at our studio, The LAB, in Overland Park and Art as Mentorship HQ in the Historic Northeast, offered on Saturdays throughout the year.

• MINI LAB IN THE CITY: we’re building a studio space at our HQ in the Historic Northeast! Available for students living in the city.

• NUTS N’ BOLTS: The LAB needs some TLC including a new door/lock system, sound proofing and acoustic treatment.

Each “cowbell” is equal to $50. Contribute cowbells here!

Our “More Cowbell!” campaign is part of the international Giving Tuesday campaign, which culminates on November 29th. Giving Tuesday reimagines a world built upon shared humanity and generosity in whichever act of generosity counts, and everyone has something to give.

Our Giving Tuesday goal: $10,000 (or 200, $50 cowbells!)

Specific items we are needing:

  • 50 cowbells ($2,500): Mac Studio computer
  • 40 cowbells ($2,000): Apollo x 4 audio interface
  • 30 cowbells ($1,500): Improved security in The LAB
  • 24 cowbells ($1,200): Acoustic treatment panels
  • 20 cowbells ($1,000): Studio Construction
  • 3 cowbells ($150): One free studio session with a producer (Our goal is to provide 30 free studio sessions!)
